Book: You Turn Ashley Stahl
(Getting Unstuck / Discover your Direction)

Great book to start off this year of new normals!  We can see that change is a good thing and you are never really starting completely over! Totally related and agree with that Driving into a dead end nor driving in circles will not get you where you are going.  What got you where you are, won’t keep you there!  This book will give you some reflective points and clarity on doing what you’re passionate about … or just interested in doing

Loved the “Highway to Happiness” chapter – Do what makes you happy – YES PLEASE!!  So absolutely loved this book and totally recommend that you pick it up sooner than later for your next read to ensure you make the most out of your next You Turn!!

Always have learned from Daisy Auger-Dominguez and her words of wisdom. Her Ted Talk on Inclusion revolution is just pure gold.  I totally resonated with the Ted Talk Inclusion Revolution as I also grew up with that same mandate of head down and work hard because the results will speak for themselves. It builds strong work ethic!

If you are looking for insight on creating a work place environment where every team member belongs and is seen, heard and valued –  Check out this Ted Talk out! Her advice, examples / anecdotes are beyond insightful!

Daisy Auger-Dominguez - https://www.daisyauger-dominguez.com/

Diversity and Inclusion Strategist Daisy Auger-Domínguez invites us to consider why creating workplaces where everyone feels heard, valued and seen is hard, complex and at times emotionally triggering. According to Daisy, when we all start being the allies we want to be, showing up and for our colleagues, and persisting through discomfort and doing the difficult work to ensure that each and every team member is seen, heard and valued, only then we can make lasting and meaningful change.

SPEAKER BIO: Daisy Auger-Domínguez has made it her mission to make workplaces more equitable, compassionate and inclusive. A human capital executive and workplace culture strategist, Daisy inspires and equips global organizations to think inclusively, lead with purpose, embrace courage and shape the future of work.
